When you apply for a particular vacancy, you give TTR permission to make your personal details available to the client who has the vacancy, until such time that you inform us that you no longer wish us to do so. Needless to say, every client to whom we pass on your details is obliged to respect your privacy. We will not make your details available to any of our clients until you give us explicit permission to do so.

Communication
When you send e-mails or other messages to us, we may decide to keep these. We will occasionally ask you for personal details that are relevant for the situation concerned. This will enable us to answer your questions and process your requests. All information will be stored on secure servers.

Purpose
We do not collect or use information for purposes other than those described in this privacy policy unless we have first obtained your permission to do so.

Deletion of information
